1. Who you are contracting with

Buff Brigade: Battle Arena is operated by Chartscout OÜ (registry code: 17444161), a company registered in the Republic of Estonia with its registered address at Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia. By playing the game or using this website you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. One account carries your identity and entitlements across platforms. Do not share, sell or transfer an account.

3. Fair play

You agree not to:

• modify the client, or use bots, scripts or third-party tools that affect a match;
• exploit a bug rather than reporting it;
• interfere with our servers, or with another player's ability to play;
• abuse, harass or impersonate other players.

Online matches are decided by our authoritative match host. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules, and may reverse rewards obtained through them.

4. Purchases and virtual items

Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable licence to use a virtual item within the game. Virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. The price shown at your platform's checkout is the price that applies.

Nothing sold in Buff Brigade grants a competitive advantage: no purchase affects ranked combat statistics, matchmaking, ladder points or rank protection.

5. Refunds

Public storefront purchasing is not enabled yet. When purchases launch through an approved platform storefront, that storefront's refund process will apply. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal, for example as a consumer in the European Union, that right is unaffected by this section.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, balance or change the game, and may add or retire modes. Competitive balance changes are part of the service. We may suspend the online service for maintenance, and we will give notice before permanently discontinuing it where we reasonably can.

7. Our content

The game, its art, audio, code and trademarks belong to us or our licensors. You may create and share screenshots, videos and streams of your own play, including monetised video content, provided you do not imply official endorsement and do not redistribute the game's assets or builds.

8. Liability

The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes fall to the competent courts of Estonia, again without prejudice to any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings where you live.
